Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid

Happy Christmas Eve everyone!
Has this been out for ages? Cause it seems like it has been, or has it just been re-branded? I'm stumped. But awhile ago I bought this, and I'm actually really pleased that I did. The Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid is an amazing foundation, full coverage, yet light weight, prefect for daily wear. 
I really like the packaging of this, the glass bottle makes this feel a lot more expensive than it actually is. The foundation itself isn't overly runny, so it makes it really easy to apply, but despite it being quite thick it doesn't feel thick or heavy. Its a really good medium to full coverage foundation (easily built up to the desired coverage), I find this makes it really easy to cover up redness and blemishes. My skins really quite oily, but I find that it lasts really well on my skin. I'd say a good solid 8 or so hours before it even begins to slip away from my skin. 
Its more than easy to blend in, and looks amazing on the skin. The finish you get from this is somewhere between a matte and dewy finish, you just look like you have nice glow-y skin. This is the first foundation like this I've tired - I'm usually more of a matte finish person, especially since my skin is so oily naturally - don't tend to want to look shiny. 
The shade I have is 04 Light Porcelain, it was the lightest shade I could find at the time, and if I'm being honest its a tiny bit to dark for me, but I am able to work around it. Just need to really work it in, not too much of a hassle.

Florence Anne Fragrance Blackberry and Fig Candle

Theres nothing I love quite as much as sitting in my room all cosy with a nice candle light in the corner. So when I gave these candles a sniff I couldn't really leave without one, right? Right... 
 The candle is a really simple and classy looking thing, the lid though could do with a rubber seal or something as it is insanely loose... The packing though is really simple and chic - I'm quite the fan of it. Nice rose gold-y coloured lid, embossed with the brand name, and then just a simple sticker on the front. It looks semi expensive, but obviously isn't (I think it cost about £12, maybe a bit less).
Onto the scent now then, its actually really pleasant and refreshing. Nothing too strong, so it doesn't overwhelm you, but its not too subtle that you don't notice it at all. It really enjoy the smell of this when its burning, its a really nice soft fruity scent. They've got a few different scents so if this doesn't tickle your fancy there are others to pick from. These would also make a prefect gift for someone, if you maybe just wanted to get an extra little something, or if you have a secret Santa to buy for.

Magnitone Lucid Facial Brush Review | Limited Edition Pixie Lott Brush

This is my new favourite thing when it comes to cleansing my face. Facial brushes have been popping up left right and centre recently, and to be honest when I first tried No7's offering I wasn't sold on it. I couldn't justify spending over £100 on a Clarisonic, and when I saw Magnitones version I was so close to buying it, but when they had their black Friday offer I couldn't hold back any longer. 
This feels so soft and gentle on the skin but leaves your skin feeling super clean and soft. When I first used it I was so impressed, I totally didn't expect my skin to feel as nice as it did after using it! 
The Magnitone Lucid is a smaller travel sized version of the Pulsar. I've got small hands, so quite frankly the Lucid is perfect for me - I can only imagine how the Pulsar would feel in my hand... It comes in multiple colours and currently is available in a limited Edition Pixie Lott version. A massive plus of this is thats it's water proof, so no worrying about getting it wet in the bath, shower or sink. It seems like a massive design flaw to not make these kind of thinks water proof...
The Magnitone Lucid has 10,000 pulsed oscilations per minute - meaning when your cleaning your face it really gets deep down giving you a far superior clean than you'd get from just simply hand or cloth washing. It will buff away any dirt, dead skin cells and any other nasties in 1 minute - that's quicker than making something quick to eat! 
The charger for this is really quite cool and clever. Its a little magnet that snaps onto the front of the facial brush, its so easy for taking with you when you travel - I'll defos be taking this with me every time I go on holiday or stay with the boy. 
If that doesn't sound good enough, the Lucid has a automatic shut off after 1 minute, and has 3 separate 20 second intervals to let you know when to move on. So, 20 seconds on your forehead, 20 on your nose and chin and 10 seconds for each cheek. 
The battery life of these is pretty amazing, I've only just needed to charge mine after using it for a good month or two. 
When I use it, I first wet the brush head of the Lucid then apply a little cleanser to the brush and a little directly to my face. Press the button to start it up, pressing it once gives a deep clean, and if needed twice for a sensitive clean. Slowly then move the brush around your face in circular motions - you don't really need to do much, since the Lucid brush does most of the work for you. 
I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and I definitely think that since using this, my skin is less oily throughout the day; it feels softer; looks smoother and is not as red as it used to be. Breakout wise, I've only had a couple on my cheeks, but I think that could just be down to my skin not have been cleaned so well before - it did say breakouts could be expected. My moisturiser seems to sink in so much quicker now as well, which is always a plus. I now don't exfoliate nearly as much as I used to, just maybe once a week compared to 2 or 3 times a week before.
When you first use this, it feels quite odd. Tingly almost. But that feeling goes away really quickly. I still tend to cleanse once first, just to remove makeup if I'm wearing any.
The Magnitone Lucid retails for £69.99, with the heads being £15.99 for a pack of 2 - which is completely reasonable. Maybe this is the perfect time to add this to your Christmas list? I know if I were you I'd be asking for one this year. 


Maybelline Newness

The other day, whilst perusing boots, I found myself wandering with a few different Maybelline bits in hand. These aren't all brand new products - one definitely is - but there new in my collection so I thought I'd share what I bought. 
First up is two new Color Tattoos, I bought the shades Vintage Plum and Everlasting Navy. Everlasting Navy really isn't a me shade, but it just looked too pretty to leave behind. This colour might be ideal as like an accent colour, maybe add a little colour under my eye or something like that?
Vintage Plum is much more a grey toned purple than it is an actual purple. I think it actually looks a wee bit brown-y?  Just me? 
I hadn't tried nor seen much about the Color Drama Intense Velvet Lip Crayon. This is a colour unlike any other I've tried. I totally wasn't expecting it to look how it does on the lips. I thought it was going to be more of a pinky/purple toned nude, but no! Its much more of a purple colour. I'm smitten with it! Smitten I say!!!! 
If you have yet to try these then I'd honestly recommend you pick one up and give them a wee try.

Date Night make-up and outfit

Date night this week was so lovely, we went for dinner in Yo! Sushi and then after wandering around the shops for a wee while, went to see the new Hobbit movie - its such a good movie! 
 Make-up wise I kept things kind of simple, to start of I used a few sprays of the Urban Decay De-Slick Spray and primed my skin with my Smashbox primer, Maybelline Dream Satin foundation and Maybelline fit me concealer to cover some redness and blemishes. Also on the face was the Bourjois bronzer and highlighter. The brows are my usual go to products, Brow Wiz and Gimmie brow - just the perfect combo. My eyes were a bit more snazzy than I usually do, but I quite like it. They look pretty, it was simple to do and boy did the shadow last forever. I used the Maybelline Color Tattoo in On and On Bronze on my lids and L'Oreal Carbon Black and Tatre Lights Camera Splashes on the lashes. I used my new Maybelline Velvet Pencil in Keep it Classy, my abs fave colour at the moment. 
I kept my outfit really casual, it was too cold outside to do much else. Of course I wore my red Urban Outfitters cardigan, I paired it with black Topshop Joni jeans and my ASOS blue stappy top along with my shine-y new white converse. 
I had such a nice night out, and the hobbit was such a good movie to see in the cinema. Gotta love a good date night. 


Benefit Skin Care Set

Recently I received my Access All ASOS Secret Santa, and this was part of it. This Benefit skin care set comes with 6 mini sized versions of some of their skin care products. You get an It's Potent! Eye Cream, Total Moisture Facial Cream, Foamingly Clean facial wash, Moisture Prep Toning Lotion, Triple Preforming Facial Emulsion SPF and a Refined Finish facial polish. 
Basically it comes with everything you could ever need to use in your skin care routine. I'll probably do more in depth reviews of each later when I've used them, so let me know if you'd like to see that.

Gift Ideas - Mens guide

Men are probably the hardest to buy for. They're harder to get information from than your stubborn mum who says "I don't want anything save your money." The typical male presents cant get dull and boring - and quite frankly giving a guy a gift card to buy what they want seems a bit like you don't really know them all that well. 
This year for Christmas I went completely over board in buying presents for my boyfriend and brother, I spent waaaay more on both than is probably acceptable. 
I'm the kind of person that pays too much attention to what people say they like and want throughout the year - so tend to buy pretty good presents. My brother always loves shaving and facial care kits - so every year gets one of them, Ted Baker and Champneys do really good ones to fit any budget. He also loves the Black Cherry Yankee Candle so that got popped in too. 
With the boyfriend though, I've gone for a completely different approach. Batman and American football have taken up a big part of his presents. He loves American football so I've got him a fair few things from his team. Belts and wallets are also making an appearance for his Christmas. I would seriously recommend taking a walk through TK Maxx and House of Frasers they have sooo many good things for men! 
Fragrance is usually something I wouldn't recommend getting anyone for Christmas unless you know 100% that they like the scent in mind. However, little fragrance sets make such an ideal gift. The Penhaligon's London Gentlemen's Fragrance Collection* would make an absolute ideal gift. It contains 4 little 5ml travel sized fragrances, so the lucky guy (be it brother, boyfriend, male friend or father) is bound to like at least one of them, and y'know you/ they could then gift on the ones they're not overly fond of. 
 Not only does the packaging look super elegant and expensive, the bottles look super cool (maybe not the type of bottle a man would appreciate quite as much though?) This set retails for £30, but is currently on the House of Frasers webpage for £27 (find it here). I got my brother and boyfriend to blind sniff these and funnily enough they both like the completely opposite ones to the other. Scott (the brother) likes the Sartorial and the Endtmion ones, whereas Craig likes the Quercus and the Blenheim Bouquet ones. Goodie for me, two tiny gifts for each of them! 
Fragrance sets like this one make such an ideal present and will help you move away from the standard, usual and boring presents that people usually give their male friends. Really look into their interests, listen to things they say they want (and hope they don't buy said gift in the mean time). I'd highly recommend this set, the smells are actually really nice and I'd even wear a few of them myself.

Gift Ideas For The Beauty Lover

Make-up is something I've not really asked for this year - could be because I have it coming out of every drawer in my exceptionally tiny bedroom... But either way - its something that I've not asked for this year, I figure I'll maybe just get a few things later - or tell my mum last minute a few extra things... 
But anyway, these gifts should cover every girl from the make-up beginner to the absolute junkie - just be sure and check they don't already have them...

Make-up brushes make a huge difference to how your make-up applies, good make-up brushes really do make applying make-up so much easier and the final result looks 1000x better. The Zoeva Rose Gold Brush set looks amazing, all I ever see is people raving about how good they are, maybe its time I got myself a set? 
Sigma brushes are my fave, granted I only have one. But it is the best brush I've ever applied my foundation with - I really do need to get myself more of their brushes. Trust me, a makeup lover would adore either Sigma or Zoeva brushes.
NARS palettes are always a good choice for a luxe present, and the Virtual Domination Cheek palette is no different. It contains 4 of their blushers and their abs amazing Laguna Bronzer. A little pricey but the makeup addict in your life will shed tears of joy over this. 
Nail polish is always a good choice and there are so many sets to pick from, I saw this China Glaze one and thought it was prefect, not too pricey and the colours are so ideal for all the Christmas and New Year parties - they look like they'd go with basically any outfit!
Another product thats been in my mind for awhile now, due to countless blogger raving about it is the Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey mask. What better time to get this little wonder than Christmas time? 
Every year Laura Mercier bring out the most beautiful gift sets, every year I say I'll get one, and I've still to actually go through with the purchase. If one of these sets were to be under my tree this year I'd be more than a little pleased. 
Two products now from Anastasia Beverly Hills, either I'd be over the moon with. Brow Wiz and Dip Brow have been on my list for quite some time, maybe 2015 will be my year to get it? But giving the gift of brilliant brows would be an amazing present... 
Glam Glow, oh how I want you, but why you so expensive? This set is actually really reasonably priced, just under £40 for the 3, two are smaller sizes, but its still incredible value. Oh Shirley, hows about adding this to my list? 
Finally, if you want to give the gift of ultimate luxe. A Chanel lipstick can't go wrong. I'd go for a classic red, but obviously go for what the person your getting one for likes. Be it pink, nudes ect.

Christmas Gift Guide

Okay, so for me a huge love at Christmas is getting a new heatable teddy. I'm due a new one, and this Unicorn one from topshop is just super cute - they do sell other ones that are just as cute, like a super cool dinosaur one!! 
Pyjamas are also just something everyone loves getting at Christmas, I love the look of the penguin ones from topshop and the night top from ASOS. I love penguins so that explains my love for the topshop ones and I like alcohol, so yeah... "boozy brunches" 
Jewellery is always something thats lovely to get as a present, and it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg! This super pretty one from Topshop costs a mere £4! For something so pretty you'd never expect it to cost that little! The other necklace I've picked out is from ASOS, its much more a statement option, but just look at how beautiful it is! ITs slightly more expensive, but at £22 its still more than affordable!
Christmas candles not only smell lovely but they make you feel in the mood for Christmas! Not that I need much convincing to be in the mood for Christmas. 
Slippers, go hand in hand with the pj's. Duvet Ducks are my fave slippers, I've had two pairs and I'd never go with out them - they keep your feet feeling so toasty!

November Favourites

I was trying to think of things that I've been loving this month, and at first I really wasn't sure. But I've come up with a few things that this month I've been absolutely adoring. Without further warbling and rabbeting, lets see what I've been loving. 
The colder weather has done a number on my skin, with my lips taking the worst of the cold. They feel permanently sore and tight, every year they do this as soon as the weather gets colder. These two products I've found really help my lips feel nicer, look nicer and sting less. First up is my trusty, Nuxe Reve De Miel lip balm. I got this last year for my birthday in August, I use it every day at least once a day (two or three times a day in the winter months) and its only just beginning to look like it might be running out soon. I doubt I'll need to buy a new one this side of the new year though. I put a really decent and thick amount of this on my lips and just under them, because this is such a luxe product it takes a wee while to sink in fully, it really does wonders for your lips. Its kind of like a mini treatment for the lips. Once that lip balm begins to wear off, I move on to the more travel friendly of the two - I say this because this is in a tube, where as the Nuxe one is a glass jar. The Lucas Pawpaw Ointment (which I now can't find anywhere!) is a wonderful multi use product, I really only use it on my lips - more so when they are overly chapped or sore, like how they are now. I take this almost everywhere with me, and it doesn't need reapplied overly often - major plus. It goes on really easily and just like with the Nuxe one, you can feel it on your lips for some time after applying it. 
Another product I've been loving using is the Micropedi, I got mine when it was on star gift - so its one of the Nails Inc ones. I tend to use this a couple of times a week and moisturise my feet really well. It really doesn't take long to see results with this, within a few days of using it you can really see and feel a difference in your feet. I tend to have quite hard skin on my feet, and this really sorts this out for me. I was so sceptical about this, but I'm so glad I bought it - I'm a bit annoyed I didn't buy one earlier. 
Another item I've been loving recently is this super soft (and huge!) scarf from New Look. I got it before fireworks night, its black white and pink tartan. Its just the absolute softest and cosiest thing ever, for £14.99 I couldn't really say no - could I? 

A few make-up items now to finish off my favourites for this month. Benefit's Fine One One has been an absolute staple for me this month. Every time I've slapped some make-up on my face this has gone on. Swipe swipe blend blend. Done. It just gives the nicest flush of colour, utterly perfect for me. 

Next, is the new Maybelline liner. Its a dupe for the Benefit one, but I actually prefer it to the Benefit one - I've found recently that the Benefit one flakes and the colour comes away - boo! Also its a fraction of the cost, so if its not for you, then you haven't spent all your hard earned pennies. 
It's that time of the year again girls, MAC Rebel has become a staple in my make-up routine. Cold weather comes, and along with it comes dark lips. This dark pink/ purple is beautiful and I couldn't ask for more from a lipstick. I fall in love with it a little more each time I wear it. 


Christmas Wish List

I much prefer giving presents to people than telling people what I want. It's how I've always been. Always have always will be. But I know a few of my family members and friends occasionally check my blog for ideas ( hi Craig) - so viola. 
I've wanted a polaroid camera for the longest time - my local charity shop used to have one (they still might), I just love the idea of taking pictures and see them develop before my eyes. 
My mum keeps threatening to chop up and chuck out my red cardigan so I'd love a new one.  I cant seem to find one like it which is annoying, despite there being loads of pictures of them online... 
The Chloe perfume smells like heaven, end of story. My dear mother is getting me a pandora bracelet, so it would be nice to have a few pretty charms on the bracelet. 
To keep me warm in the winter, I love nothing more than those heatable teddies. I got one a few years ago, and its in desperate need of replacement - it kind of stinks... 
Urban Outfitters do the cutest photo frames, I have loads of pictures I want to print off but I've nowhere to put them, this would solve all the problems. 
Finally, lush products. A few more massage bars wouldn't go a miss... :)  


Lush haul

It's been awhile since Id even stepped in a lush store let alone bought anything. The other day though I went in, and let's just say I went a little mad. 
I bought a fair few things I'd never tried, and some Id never seen before - so expect reviews on them! 
I'll start off with the items that are from the Christmas section... So, one of the Christmas items I got was the Dashing Santa bath bomb. This little cute, I think is brand new to this years collection. It smells really fresh and sweet, and I think it smells like sherbet and smells fairly zesty - so a huge plus for me! I'm quite excited to give this one a try and see how it leaves the bath, I'm very picky with how my baths feel on my skin. Weird I know. 
I also got Butterbear, I'm pretty sure this is part of the Christmas section. Butterbear is another of their bath bombs and looks like a little polar bear. Super cute. It doesn't have a strong scent, which can be great when you just want a chilled out silky bath - maybe this will be that bath bomb? The girl in the store said this one is a really moisturising bomb, so I'll see how my skin feels after this, I'm a bit worried the bath might be really oily though... 
The Christmas Penguin is one I genuinely had about 6 of last year. This ones a bubble bar - I adore lush's bubble bars, they're one of my favourite things. The scent of this is something I struggle with a little bit, its slightly florally and zesty, but nothing too over powering. The cute penguin design of this will always draw me back in, and I love how this feels in the bath. Bring me the bubbles!
The final Christmas product I bought was the Snowman Shower Jelly - I loved Whoosh, so obvs needed to get this as soon as I smelt it! The scent is a kind of mix of zest and blackcurrants - I wouldn't say it was entirely blackcurrant though. This jelly doesn't have any glitter in it as far as I can see, which I am really happy about as I wasn't too fond of Sweetie Pie because of all the glitter... 
I also bought myself another Mask of Magnamity, I've converted a fair few of my friends to this. It does such an amazing job of clearing up spots - especially those on the back and chest! I'll never be without this now. 
Another repurchase is the Volcano foot mask, I loved using this when I bought it months ago but this is just such a tricky product to come across - it never seems to be in stock, its that good! Bye bye horrible feet, hello beautiful toes. 
Lemony Flutter must be a new product because I have never seen this before, and boy oh boy does it smell delicious! I adore lemon scented things and this is no exception. This cuticle butter, is really oily so does an amazing job of softening and soothing the cuticles, my mums a fan, I'm a fan, basically its love. 

Speaking of love... I actually bought 3 massage bars but left one at my boyfriends. The one I l left at his is Each Peach, which surprisingly smells more zesty than peachy... But he loves this one, I love how relaxing they are. I do think we use a bit too much of them when we use it as it snapped in half the other day after only about 4 uses... The other ones I got are Strawberry Feels - smells just like strawberry jam, yummy - and Tender is the Night, this one has a quite a vanilla-y smell to it, but nothing over powering and there is another scent hidden in there somewhere. Sorry I didn't get pictures of these out their packets, they just melt as soon as you touch them.
 My all time fave bath bomb right here. Its a simple little creature - much like myself - blackberry scented, purple bath giving , little fizzer. Need I say more? 
Dragons Egg is another of those bath bombs that I just need to have in my stache at all times. Its zesty scent is just a dream. And then ofc, the little coloured discs that float about in your bath. Yay for the Dragons Egg.

A Massive Amount of Empty Products

Since its been an absolute age since I actually made a video or typed up a blog post I've accumulated a stupid amount of empty products. Daisy, my puppy for those of you who don't know, has really enjoyed running around with all the plastic packaging. She has a real thing for plastic stuff, and shoes - the more expensive the better apparently...
I'm sorry if the pictures are a wee bit rubbish, I took them fairly late at night. But I think messing around with the settings made them come out okay, what do you think?

First things to mention are all bath type products. The Body Shops Honeymania bath melt, is absolutely lovely. It gives really nice silky soft bubbles that smell beautiful. If your not an overly huge fan of honey scents I would still recommend giving it a smell - my mum hates honey scents but really liked this one. Another Body Shop product is their limited edition blueberry body scrub. It looked and smelled like jam, the scrub was really good considering it wasn't overly harsh feeling on the skin. And of course it left your skin smelling divine. Another Body Scrub by Soap and Glory this time, this is ( possibly was...) my favourite scrub ever. Its the old design - maybe the formula is different now too - but I love it, it just leaves your skin feeling so so soft and nourished, I'm all for something that scrubs and moisturises in one step. I finished, after the longest time of owning, the Sweetie Pie shower Jelly. I don't know why it took me so long to get through this - I adore Whoosh - I think it might have just been how sweet it smelled or that its a little glittery? Who knows, but it basically just smells like jelly beans but only about 1000 times stronger in scent. Bath and Body Works, oh how I wish you would come to the UK. I did have two products finished from them but I think my mum threw out the other bottle. This mini sized bottle of Japanese Cherry Blossom smells absolutely heavenly, I don't think I'd ever smelt something even remotely similar. The other one I had was one of their aromatherapies bath foam and body washes. It was in the scent Sensual and boy oh boy did it smell good. I need more of it like... I cant think of anything that doesn't seem slightly insulting or rude, hmm. But I really want more of it, its just so good and for $13, which is approx. £8 its not that bad. Yes its maybe a tiny bit more expensive than the average shower gel but its more of a luxurious product, like Soap and Glory and Champeneys would be. 
Hair care now, and I've not used that much in the grand scheme of things. I've gone through another bottle of the 10 Wishes Marrakesh Oil, and I'm very close to finishing off my current bottle. I get this from my hair dresser as it acts as a heat protection and a detangler. The Umberto Giannini hair mask is something I actually finishes months ago and I'm only certain it made my hair feel soft, sorry I can't say much about it. I'm just a bit forgetful sometimes all the time. Since going from natural to red to brown hair I've been using products from my colour so thats why theres a nice empty bottle of the John Frieda Brunette shampoo. I've repurchased this in the big massive salon bottle as it worked out to be better value, I do find that it does help my colour last that bit longer - which is always a plus when getting it coloured is so expensive to start with. Two empty cans of the amazing Aussie dry shampoos. Best dry shampoo I've ever tried. Period. There's no competition with it, I'm still to try more but from the ones I've used this comes out on top. 
Skin care time, I' actually quite surprised at how much skin care stuff I've been using recently. The DHC Cleansing Oil is an absolute love of mine, I've yet to repurchase this exact one but I have bought a few other brands recently. The Philosophy Microdelivery exfoliating face wash is something I bought last year, and I've really enjoyed using it. IT may be a little on the pricey side but I'd been using it 3 times a week for a whole year and that's it only just being used up now, so it really is well worth the money. The Sanctuary Spa Hot Cloth Cleanser isn't something I've had for long, a couple of months maybe. And since it is about a tenner, its a little on the expensive side. I did really enjoy using it but I think next time I might just try the Liz Earle one. The Ren Clearcalm 3 Clarifying Clay Cleanser is such a lovely product to use, your skin feels so clean after you use it, but not tight! I'll definitely be buying this again soon. Can you tell I wanted to get absolutely wanted to get all of the Origins Checks and Balances Cleanser out? I mean look at it! I cut the top off, sign of a good cleanser - looks like it. 
Final thing, is the Hello Mouthwash. I love all the products Hello sell, their mouthwashes all taste lovely and give you a really fresh feeling mouth. I'm currently using the Mojito mint one and I have to say I think it might be my favourite one.

It feels like the longest time since I wrote a blog post... So apologises for that, life just took over and if I'm being 100% honest I wasn't really feeling my blog. I'm not 100% sure I'll post this till I have a fair few scheduled posts, just so if life gets in the way again I'll have something to fall back on. 
My brow routine is something that I've only recently got into a habit of. My brows don't take much work, and I don't put an awful lot of time into them. 
Both of the products I use on my eyebrows are from Benefit, I've kind of fallen in love with them as a brand recently - Fine One One, their new liner, so many loves. Gimmie Brow and Brow Zings are my two go to products for well defined brows, I'm already blessed with fairly dark and thick brows, so my main goal when taking care of them is basically just to define them and fill in any sparse bits. This routine does that and then some. 
Gimmie Brow is the first step, after I've plucked away a few lot of stray hairs. I don't know what it is about this that I love, but a quick swipe of this and my brows look thicker and less sparse. If your looking for a quick fix and something to just hold your brows in place a wee bit then this is what your after. 
Next up, is the more complex part, although its not really all that complex - just in comparison to Gimmie Brow it is... Brow Zings is a wax/ powder duo that comes with two little brushes and a mini pair of tweezers. Perfect if you do your make-up on the go or travel a fair bit. One swipe in the wax and one in the powder, frame the brows and then fill in. I tend to go in a couple of times, just so I've given them a good filling in. 
I don't do this to my brows everyday, cause if I'm being honest I very rarely wear make-up now, I'd say I wear make-up less than 10 days a month... The two pictures I put at the start of the post are ones with my full brows done.
